January 30th: I know I'm late putting this up. Sorry:) On 2/1 Don will being doing a benefit show in California for Katrina victims and it will include Alice Cooper and Dennis Quaid also. January 25th: I added some photos and clipping from the 70's to a new album called Photos 2006 I'll be adding more photos and clipping through out the year:)
July 2005
to photo album. Will be adding more items soon. I'm rescanning a
lot of items. I have a better printer now than I did in 2001. I'll be
rescanning ads and other photos throughout the site that look really
bad. There's a interesting clipping from EW published in 1992. It
was a poll called "Do You Think Any of These 70's Rock Groups
Deserve a Comeback?" Guess who got the most votes?
I'm still collecting messages for Don until 8/21/05. You can send
also added some collectible 45’s sleeves from all over the world.
It’s interesting (at least to me) to see the different designs that
counties use to sell the 45’s. The countries include: Belgium,
but I added them anyway:) The Russian 45 is the most interesting
I think, the actual 45 is just a thin piece of plastic, like those
promotional records you'd peel of cereal boxes years ago:)

May 21st: Here's a little write-up from the Willmington's
Coastal Classic. Don also donated a guitar for the auction.
will be performing a show. "A Night at the Hotel California
with Don Felder." I found out that the tickest are $175 and $2,000
for a table but it's sold out! The charity weekend is from 17th - 19th
in Austin., Tx. Here's the poster. (It's a pdf file.)
Also Don WILL NOT be going to Mad Anthonys this year. Hope no one
made any plans to attend because of thinking Don was attending. The
Mad Anthonys site said he was attending but Don said he is not.
May 4th: Don will be in Willmington, NC on May 13th - 15th
for the 13th Annual Coastal Classic Celebrity Golf Tournament.

November 9th: Don's friend Howard Keel died last Sunday of cancer
at the age of 85. He was a really nice, warm, caring guy who did so much
for children (and he liked dogs too:) I made a tribute page for him. If
anyone is interested it's located here

July 10th: Feldermusic is 3 years old this month to celebrate
there's a new contest up! Just answer 10 questions correctly
to be entered to win passes and a VIP tour of the Rock & Roll
Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio schduled for October 15th,
2004. There will be 4 winners in all. The questions are easy so

June 27th: I added a new page about Gainesville in the 60's
and early 70's. It's not just about Don but everyone who was
a part of the music scene then. There is also a link for band
members to sign in to try to locate long lost friends. If you
were in one of the bands and want to log in e-mail me and
I'll send you the password. Everything on the 'bands' page is
private and confidential!

May 23rd: In case anyone's interested, I put together a little
making it better and update it when I can. But this site is my
top priority. I still have so much to add to this site:)
May 13th: I haven't done this before, but I'm I'm endorsing a
never got the credit he deserved for his contribution to the
Eagles. Bernie's has a long history with Don going all the way
back to Gainesville in the 60's. He's a really great guy and
extremely talented. Check it out:)
May 6th: I'm having problems with my scanner so the
new photos for the scrapbooks will take a bit longer than
I thought. Thanks for everyone's patience.

January 6th: The page is being redone and things are a little
messy right now. Some pages haven't been updated yet. It
might take a day or two more to change everything over. Also

September 21: Happy 56th Birthday Don!!!
September 17th: I added the FTV Press Photos. There's only one photo of Don, but I thought it would be best to add photos of other cast members too, so people can see how zany the show really was.
September 16th: Finally got everything from the Howard Keel Golf Classic/Gala organzined. There will be some pictures of Don and some screen captures coming soon. But in the mean time I have everything I published so far on the Howard Keel 03 page. I will be adding some FTV press photos tomorrow and then I'll be away from the site for a couple weeks while I
work on another site I'm developing.
September 10th: Hi everyone:) Sorry I have updated the site but I've been out of town for almost a week, but when I get home I will add some special video clips of Don at the Howard Keel Golf Tournament last Sunday that were sent to me by a friend of mine who was there. They are special because they show sides of Don that most people haven't seen...his silly side. But more importantly his caring side which shows how much he really cares for the kids he's helping. A friend of mine is sending me pictures that she took so they will be coming in a couple weeks but the clips should be up by Friday. The set list for the gala and information about each song will be added also.

August 14th: I added the sheet music for Heavy Metal (Takin' a Ride) I will be adding more sheet music soon.
August 11th: I added a new item to Don's birthday page. It's a card that fans can sign for Don. When I mean sign, I mean you send me your name and I'll add it to the card. To view the card go to the new birthday page.
I have also added a press release from the NSPCC about the golf tournament that Don will be at on September 7th:)
August 7th: I have a new page up about the Courtnall Gala Don performed at last month. All the info was provided by Mick Dalla-Vee who played with Don and Don's bud Bruce Greenwood that night. I put up some photos and the set list. I'll be adding a couple more photos later. THANKS MICK!

July 12th: Here's an article from the Victoria Times Colonist about Pamela Anderson returning home to Vancouver Island for the Courtnall Celebrity Golf Classic weekend, but at the bottom it talks about the Gala and Don's 'searing' rendition of a couple Eagles classics:) He was joined onstage by his buddy Bruce Greenwood. I'm working on getting more information about the weekends events and photos:)

June 27th: I just added the final step in Don's birthday surprise page. I had to come up with some thank you gifts for people who donate. I figured if people were generous enough to help the kids and help make Don's B-Day special this year I should do something in return:) So two fans will receive gifts for donating. I wish I could do it for everyone but my budget won't allow it.
June 19: The NSPCC/Don's Birthday page is up. For everyone who's not familar with what I'm doing. I am putting together a special surprise for Don's birthday. It's from the fans:) Fans can make a donation to the NSPCC in Don's name as a birthday gift. Fans can also leave a message in a special book I'm putting together for Don:)
June 18th: Don will be doing two more charity events:
1. The Courtnall Celebrity Classic
For the "Greater Victoria Hospital Foundation"The Gala will be on July 11th at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.The Golf Tournament is on July 12th at the Victoria Golf ClubThe event is named after Russ Courtnall who was a professional hockey player who retired in 1999 with the Los Angeles Kings.Celebrities like Wayne Gretsky & other hockey greats will be there, along with Canadian actors like Bruce Greenwood & Alan Thicke. Don is playing & singing at the Gala.
2) Howard Keel/First Advice Celebrity Golf Classic
Sept 7th at the Mere Country Club, Manchester. It's to benefit the NSPCC and
Don will be playing & singing at the Gala again.
June 17th: I've been thinking of what the fans could do for Don's birthday this year, since his birthday last year. And I finally come up with a great idea:):) It's unique and it's something Don will really love. I haven't gotten all the details finalized, but I'll let everyone know when I'm ready to start . June 15th: Happy Father's Day to all you dad's out there:) I just added a story from a fan who was at the Mad Anthony event and met Don. It's a very cute
story and Don was his usual sweet self:)
June 13th: Sorry, I have been having problems with my computer and I haven't been able to upload any info about the golf tournament until now. I have some photos, a clipping about Don in the local paper and some info about what Don's up to in the event's program. As soon as I can, I'll add a write up about the day's events. June 3rd: I added a new page of photos of Don from the Eagles 1977 Hotel California tour. They were taken sometime in June of that year. I also updated the Charities page and added some photos and a press release about Don's 1995 visit to the Gibson factoty in Nashville.

May 9th: For anyone who's interested, I wrote to the organizers of the Mad Anthony Pro-Am and asked for some information. They sent me a letter listing 'some' of the celebrities who have signed on so far, including Don, Reo Speedwagon, Shelley Long, Steve Azar and some sports legends. It also tells about this year's featured charity and information about the day's events, including an concert by Steve Azar and a Western BBQ.

April 23rd: Don will once again be golfing in the annual Mad Anthony Celebrity Pro-Am on June 9th at the Orchard Ridge Country Club in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. All proceeds from the event will be distributed to local children's charities. Tickets will be available on May 15th and they may be purchased at local country clubs, Bobick's, Scott's Food Stores, all branches of National City Bank or by calling the Mad Anthony’s office at (260) 486-6200 or at their web site www.madanthonys.org
April 11th: Happy Spring:) I have a lot of things to add to the site, but I haven't had a chance to put them up until now. I'll be adding new items daily. Most of it relates to the Collectibles page. But I also have some interviews, photos and other things to add. Today I added a couple new items to the England collectible page. I also updated the Discography page and I added a new advertisement to the Ad page. It's a 1975 ad for a guitar company and they say some really nice things about Don:)

March 10th: I just noticed some errors in the lyrics to Heavy Metal (Takin' a Ride) The revised lyrics are now up. Sorry 'bout that.
March 5th: The Heavy Metal page is up. There really isn't a lot of information about the film itself, but my main focus was on Don's music in the film and not the production. Also I noticed a mistake I made on the Spanish page. The Flow 45's are the same on each side and I had them down as being different on the opposite side and people would ask me why they don't flip. It's the same I just had the info wrong. Sorry:)
March 4th: I recently discovered that there's a 'bigger' cult following for the film 'Heavy Metal' and the music from the film than I realized. I've been asked questions about Heavy Metal (Takin' a Ride) and All of You, like who played bass guitar on All of You and when was the single Heavy Metal (Takin a Ride) released? I didn't have the answers until now, so I am creating a page dedicted to the film and Don's musical contributions:) I'm in the process of building it right now and it will include press material, lyrics, audio, musical credits for Heavy Metal (Takin' a Ride) & All of You among other things. It will be up sometime tomorrow afternoon.

February 27th: I put the Photo page up again, but I have to add some updates. Hopefully I will have them up by tomorrow.
February 24th:I finished adding all the prizes for the trivia contest to the Prize page. There isn't much, but I figure something is better than nothing:) I also added Germany to the World page. The interviews haven't been linked yet, \but I'm working on it.
February 23rd: Added a couple more items. It's not much, but I wanted to get the following pages up: Italy, Ireland & Portugal. I also fixed the link problem with the Articles page and I added the following photo to the Promo page.
February 22nd: I added three new pages. Belgium, England and Sweden. I'll be adding new things to these pages but for now I just want to get all the pages up and running. Special thanks to Lotta for sending me the HFO program:)
February 21st: I've added some new items to the Japanese page today. Big thanks goes out to Keiko for sending me the items. Tomorrow I'll be putting up new pages from Sweden, England, Belguim and maybe more:)
February 19th: I thought it would be neat for visitors from other countries to have a place to go where they can read articles in their own language and for everyone else to see things from other countries, so I'm working on some new pages, which has to do with collectibles from around the world. It's going to take me a while to add everything since I will have to add a variety of items from 45 Picture sleeves to magazine articles and even sheet music. I have a few countries listed so far, but, if your country isn't listed and you'd like to add something, just scan it to me and I'll add a link/flag to your country, put up your item and give you credit. It can be anything, ticket stubs, articles from your local newspaper, magazines, etc. I have been working on a couple pages (Spain & Japan) neither one is finished but it gives you an idea of what I'm trying to do:) www.feldermusic.com/world.html

January 25th: I'm back working on the site:) As some of you already know I was in an accident and haven't been really been doing much with the site since before Thanksgiving. But I'm feeling a lot better and I figured I'd do something new and fun too. So I'm starting a trivia contest. For more info about the contest check out the trivia page.

December 20th: No more names are being accepted for Don's Christmas Card it is being sent out today. If you submitted your name before Midnight December 20th it has be added to the card page.
December 7th: I figure since I can't really do much online for a while, I should do something simple for Don this Christmas. So I'm going to pick out the cutest and funniest Christmas card I can find to send to Don from the fans. So if you'd like to have your name put on the card send your name to xmascard@feldermusic.com Just your name (first and last name and no nicknames please.) There won't be room on the card for messages. The deadline will be December 20th. I'll be scanning the card and putting it up so everyone can check to make sure their name is on it before I send it.

I was just thinking, since this contest was for the title of the book (only for fun, remember the entries weren't fowarded to Don. The title of his book is completely up to him:) The winner should have the option of choosing the book or the CD for their prize. October 16th: Here is a wonderful drawing of Don done by a fan. His name is Matthew Norman. If anyone has any photos that they have taken or artwork of Don that they would like to submit to the fan page, let me know and I'll include it . You'll get full credit for everything you submit.
Also I added some photos that I bought on Ebay or had for a while that I haven't had time to add before. They are on a temporary page since I won't have the time to make thumbnails and put them on the photo page right now. Will be adding more to the temp page in a few days.
